Who We're Looking For
NCLEX Passer
You must have passed the NCLEX-RN and hold a valid U.S. Registered Nurse license.
Any Nationality Welcome
We recruit U.S. Registered Nurses (USRNs) from the Philippines, Canada, Brazil, Ghana, Nigeria, Middle East, Africa and beyond. Please note that processing timelines vary by country - nurses from high-demand countries may experience longer waits due to visa retrogression in the Visa Bulletin.
Canadian, Mexican, and Australian Nurses
Canadian and Mexican citizens may qualify for TN visa sponsorship in addition to EB3. Eligible Australian citizen nurses may qualify for E3 visa sponsorship and must have at least two years of current specialty-unit bedside experience. Canadians generally apply for TN status at a U.S. port of entry, while Mexican citizens complete U.S. consular TN visa processing before entry.

English Proficiency
Strong English communication skills are essential for patient care and team collaboration in U.S. facilities. Note: English proficiency testing (e.g., IELTS, OET) is a prerequisite for Visa Screen certification but is not yet required under Regular EB3 processing.
Critical Thinking Skills
The ability to assess clinical situations, prioritize patient needs, and make sound, evidence-based decisions - especially under pressure. U.S. healthcare employers expect nurses to think independently, speak up, and act with clinical judgment.

Initial Consultation
Amy or a member of the NGR team will reach out to schedule a Zoom meeting. If you are eligible, the Immigration and Employment Agreements will be discussed and sent to you for review.
Review and Sign the Agreements
Carefully review the Employment and Immigration Agreements. Once you are in agreement with the terms, signing the Agreements will officially start the process.
Visa Sponsorship Begins
Your employer files the necessary petitions and we guide you through every document and step of the visa process with the help and support of the Immigration team.
