1. About Our Services

Nurse Global Recruiter ("NGR", "we", "us", or "our") is a healthcare recruitment agency that connects internationally educated nurses with U.S. employer partners for EB3 visa sponsorship and TN visa pathways. Our recruitment services are provided free of charge to nurses. We are compensated by our employer partners.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a licensed registered nurse or actively pursuing NCLEX licensure. By submitting an application, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

3. No Fees to Nurses

NGR does not charge nurses any fees for our recruitment or placement services. Any third-party costs associated with credential evaluations, government filing fees, or medical examinations required by U.S. immigration authorities are separate from NGR's services and are the responsibility of the applicant or sponsoring employer as disclosed during the process.

4. No Guarantee of Placement

Submission of an application does not guarantee employment, visa sponsorship, or placement. NGR will make reasonable efforts to match qualified candidates with suitable employer partners, but placement is subject to employer requirements, immigration eligibility, and availability of positions.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in all applications and communications with NGR. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification from our program and may have legal consequences under applicable immigration law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Nurse Global Recruiter or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

8. Third-Party Services

NGR works with third-party immigration and staffing partners (including but not limited to the Immigration team and VetGlobal) to facilitate the visa and placement process. These partners operate under their own terms and agreements, which you will be presented with separately. NGR is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NGR does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal or immigration advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NGR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to NGR in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, given our no-fee model, is typically zero).

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
